It is fast and simple. Set up an account - name, email, phone number and property address. Answer questions about your property, telling potential buyers all the great features. Upload photos or purchase a professional photo package and set your price. Now your home is listed for buyers to see.

How do I determine the list price of my property?

Accepted Answer

Dealty uses data to assist you with values. As you set up your listing and answer the questions, you will receive a price range using similar comparable homes in your area that have sold. You can choose to list your property within the range of information provided or list at any price you choose. Your property will be live on the site as soon as you set your list price. Of course you can make changes to your asking price at any time.

How many listing photos can I post?

There is no limit on how many photos you can post, add as many bright beautiful photos as you have. If you would like to schedule a professional photographer, you can do that too. Select your desired photography package and show off your listing. You can even upload a video tour.

How does a buyer make an offer on my property?

Accepted Answer

Buyers can send a quick digital offer outlining basic terms. Offers can then be Countered, Accepted, or Rejected.

How does Offer Process Works?

Offers and counteroffers are private, they are only displayed to the buyer and seller. A Buyer or Seller can cancel/rescind an offer or counteroffer at any time up until it is accepted or rejected. If the seller does not take action, either counter, accept or reject, the offer will expire in 48 hours. Or the buyer may cancel/rescind the offer any time prior if no action was taken by the seller. Multiple buyers may submit an offer on the same listing. The seller may choose to counter or accept one and reject the others. Or the seller may choose to counter all offers, creating a multiple offer situation. If a multiple offer situation occurs, the seller may accept one at any time, or one of the buyers may accept a counter from the seller at any time. Resulting in an accepted offer and all others will be immediately and automatically canceled.
