Claims of Copyright Infringement

Dealty respects the intellectual property rights of others, and asks that everyone using the services does the same. If you believe your work has been reproduced on Dealty in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, you may notify Dealty in accordance with Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c)(2).

Please provide the following information:

  1. Identify each piece of copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
  2. The URL or other specific location on Dealty that contains the material that you claim infringes your copyright. Please provide us with reasonable and sufficient information for us to locate the alleged infringing material.
