Buyer Leads! Unlike other platforms, Dealty never sells buyer leads. We all know most buyers start their shopping online, and most want to speak with the lister of the property. Dealty provides an open platform for you to receive your inquiries directly.

Flyers! Once you post your listings on Dealty you can easily create a flyer of your listing, sending email flyers or print flyers with one click.

Social Media Advertising! Your listings can easily be shared on your favorite social media platform.

Online Showings! Buyers have the option to schedule an in person showing with you or they can schedule an online video showing, making it incredibly effortless for buyers to reach you.

Promote Yourself! Once you add your listings, buyers can click on your link and see all of your listings in one place. It is a mini webpage for you to display listings, a short bio, a link to your full website, and all of your social media pages if you choose.

It is fast and simple. Set up an account - name, email, phone number and property address. Answer questions about your property, telling potential buyers all the great features. Upload photos or purchase a professional photo package and set your price. Now your home is listed for buyers to see.

Dealty has a home valuation tool that sources housing data to assist you with pricing. As you are setting up your listing and answering a few questions, you will receive a price range using the data and comparable homes in your area. You can then list your property within the range of information provided or list at any price you choose! Your property will be live on the site as soon as you set your list price.

Of course you can make changes to your asking price at any time.

There is no limit on how many photos you can uploaded. Add as many of your bright, beautiful photos needed to represent the home. You can even upload a video tour!

If you do not have professional photos you can easily schedule a professional photographer. Select your desired photography package and show off your listing.

Dealty has made available some of the best photographers at value added pricing. Packages start at $149.

Buyer's have the option with just the click of a button to request an in person tour or a video tour directly with the seller or listing agent.

Buyers can send a quick digital offer outlining basic terms. Offers can then be Countered, Accepted, or Rejected.

Yes, you will be in full control of the listing and able to make as many edits to text, photos, or pricing that you need on Dealty directly. We will ensure the changes are made in MLS on your behalf.

Dealty will add your listing on an Arizona or Washington MLS for you! There is a one time fee of $199, and recurring $19 per month for as long as it is Active or Pending. We will copy the listing exactly as you posted it to Dealty, provided it meets all of the rules and guidelines for the MLS. The listing in MLS will be under Dealty Real Estate Services. All interested buyers or their agents will be forwarded directly to you. We will not take your leads. Adding a listing to MLS is not yet available in all markets. *NWMLS requires any listing posted on Dealty within their area be entered into their MLS, so it is a requirement to add the MLS option if listing in Washington’s Northwest Multiple Listing Service.

$0 - Zero. Dealty does not charge an advertising fee or commission to list on our site. If you would like us to add your listing to a local MLS, it is just $199. No additional fees at closing! Zero 👌

You can cancel anytime. If you just want a break from showing your home, you can change the status to Temporarily Off Market. The listing will not be active. If you choose to permanently cancel the listing, the listing will be removed from Dealty and MLS. Keep in mind if you want to make it active again, you will need to pay the $199 to add it back into MLS. *NWMLS Rule for temporarily off market status must be at least 7 days, and no more than 45 days in temporarily off market. When a listing is in the temporarily off the market status, the property will not be advertised in any way.

Yes, you can offer a buyer's Agent commission. Our site will ask you if you want to offer a commission, a percentage or flat fee. Keep in mind, you are under no obligation, however in order to gain as much exposure as possible it is recommended to offer compensation to agents that are working with buyers. This way, all potential buyers are looking at your property.
