Wesley Patterson

Wes Patterson started as a licensed REALTOR in 2004. Since then, he has helped numerous clients negotiate the purchase or sale of their most valuable asset – their home. Wes has a vast amount of experience and knowledge in various property types and land. His clients have ranged from enthusiastic first-time buyers to discriminating million-dollar property owners. Wes focuses on great communication, recognizing and satisfying client’s needs, and creating a positive real estate experience. Wes is a Valley native and attended Arizona State University. He obtained a master’s degree from ASU. Wes also completed an executive education program through The University of Notre Dame earning certificates in Advanced Negotiations and Conflict Resolution. He also was a graduate of Valley Leadership Class 38. Wes values family, faith, and relationships. He has always conducted himself in an ethical manner with high levels of character and integrity.
