Wendy Massucco

Wendy Massucco acquired Pacific Northwest Builders in 1993 in Washington State specializing in single family home design and construction. This gave her over 10 years' experience in all phases of residential development. Her main interest was interaction with the clients, serving their needs and insuring each home became the perfect environment for her clientele. After over a decade in development she became a venture capitalist, purchasing, improving and selling businesses in the tavern and restaurant industry. She and her partner eventually owned two of the operations and maintained this profession until 2007. Upon selling the businesses, her interests brought her to Arizona where she quickly rose through the ranks to management with Safeway, Inc. as a Store Planning Supervisor responsible for carrying out supermarket remodels, additions and restorations throughout Arizona and parts of New Mexico. Her vast experience in development, construction both in residential and commercial drew her to the real estate industry. With her years of experience, she was able to tie in her true passion of client relations and become a Real Estate Agent with a deep understanding of all aspects of home construction, development and sales. This insight has made her a popular resource by other agents as well as the clients who rely on her expertise and design vision in their decisions to purchase or sell.
