Victoria Kulszan

Victoria Kulszan is a Valley native and third-generation full time Realtor. Growing up in a 'real estate and construction' family, she was inspired to pursue a real estate career and obtained her Arizona license in 1997. Her 20 years of experience have included a unique blend of serving buyers and sellers in residential resale and selling multiple new home communities for small and large developers. Fiercely committed to protecting her client's interests, Victoria is a skilled negotiator and trusted advocate who understands both the privilege and responsibility of guiding clients through a successful transaction. Her seasoned expertise, market knowledge, and natural passion for helping people, have helped her to build a solid base of both referrals and repeat clients. In her free time, Victoria enjoys boating, hiking and biking  but you will most likely find her loudly cheering on her twin grandson's at their football and basketball games. - Victoria is an active member of Scottsdale Association of Realtors.
