Vanessa Quinlan

Hi there! My name is Vanessa and I was born and raised in Tucson, Arizona. As a new mother and second-generation real estate broker, my passion is my home and family. I believe that home ownership is not only a serious investment, it is also where our love, creativity, wealth and security grow. From a young age, I was exploring our streets and taking in our city. As a child, I loved playing with my neighborhood friends. In my teens, I attended a small high school downtown that emphasized place based learning. I learned about the history of the neighborhoods around us, and even traveled to Mexico to learn about the rich bio-diversity of the Sonoran Desert. I know Tucson and its surrounding areas well and it will forever be my home. Before my real estate career took off, I spent many years working at our family restaurant, Le Rendez-Vous. I started in the kitchen cooking and baking, then transitioned to managing the front of house staff. Working with people and customer service is in my nature. In 2018, I began to split my time between working at the restaurant and working in real estate alongside my mother, Alexandra Berger. As Tucson's housing market began to grow, I was able to leave the restaurant and focus on real estate full time, eventually earning my broker's license in 2022. I can confidently say I love what I do. This career has given me the flexibility to raise my family and the satisfaction of finding the perfect home for other families as well.
