Tracy Bunning

Tracy is a highly motivated and service oriented agent. She has made Arizona her home since 2005 allowing her to learn many parts of the valley. She is highly experienced in the sales arena, and has made sure to continue her education to ensure she is well informed.

That being said, Tracy has taken the time to become highly skilled in Real Estate by becoming a certified member of the Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI®), along with getting designations as a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE®), Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR ®), a Sellers Residential Specialist (SRS ®), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA®), and a Military Relocation Professional (MRP ®).

Tracy takes being skilled at her craft seriously, and for this reason she is able to provide the knowledge she needs to assess her client's needs. She will make the goals of her client her own, taking a personal stake in the clients real estate journey to make sure her client is a client for life.
