I obtained my real estate Sales Associate license in 2005, and then with continuing education, obtained my Managing Broker's License in 2009, in Washington State where I was a New Home Consultant and resale specialist with Coldwell Banker Real Estate. My husband and I bought a rental home in Surprise, Arizona in the spring of 2013, and then decided this is where we wanted to call home. I now have my Arizona Associate Broker's License and chose to work with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. Prior to my real estate adventures, I graduated from Montana State University with an Accounting Degree, and was a superintendent with Yellowstone County for 10 years in their land and vegetation department. After moving back home to Washington, I went into the insurance field for 5 years, and felt that I could be more productive in the real estate industry helping family, friends and referrals with the ins-and-outs of their real estate transactions. In addition to the sales of single-family homes and condominiums in Maricopa County, I have recently obtained my Seniors Real Estate Specialist Designation so that I can better assist seniors and their families with later-in-life real estate transactions.
