Tammy Figueroa began her residential real estate sales career more than 35 years ago. She has ben a consistent top producing agent with annual closed sales of approximately $35 million. Tammy is renowned for her personal touch with clients based on a solid foundation of trust, local knowledge, and her expansive real estate experience. Tammy has been a lifelong resident of Orange County who has called Huntington Beach home for more than 30 years. She and her husband, Gil, now call Encanterra Country Club their home, close to family and friends in Chandler, Gilbert and the East Valley. She brings her deep roots in real estate to her real estate practice at SERHANT. She has been married to her husband, Gil,  a retired Sheriff and currently her real estate partner for 45 years. They love their Encanterra community in Queen Creek, and enjoy spending time with their five grandchildren in their free time and playing golf.
