Susan Lagerman

I am an experienced real estate attorney and real estate salesperson. After representing the Arizona Department of Real Estate for many years, I left to sell real estate, primarily for family transactions. Recently, I expanded to the residential market in the north central Phoenix, Piestawa Peak, Biltmore and Paradise Valley areas. I also know the Prescott area as I have had a cabin there for 20 years. I am originally from Minnesota(Gustavus Adolphus College). I attended U of Arizona College of Law in Tucson. With my husband, Lars, I raised a family in Phoenix and have been involved in the community including the Volunteer Lawyers Program and the Arizona Trail Association. I am an avid hiker and lifelong learner. My goal is to assist individuals and families to buy and sell the right house in the right area at the right price. My focus is on those who are selling larger homes to down size and to assist persons who want to buy a first home. I want them to be fully informed and avoid mistakes.
