Steven is a husband, father, grandfather, approved NAR Real Estate Investment instructor, and graduate of the U of A (BA in International Business & Latin American Studies) and Harvard (Masters in Strategic Management and Real Estate Finance). Steven's Commercial and Residential Clients often leverage his (and Long Realty's) key real estate finance skills (and information) to help them make informed decisions about their Real Estate strategies (Buyer or Seller). As a Design Builder since 1987 Steven has helped clients select their Land, then Design & Build their Dream Homes in a thoughtful, ecologically sensitive, and affordable way. That knowledge, experience and skill benefits every Client engagement, and helps Clients avoid potentially expensive mistakes during their property search or sale.

In addition, as a business owner, Steven has been on both the Buyer and Seller side of many Real Estate negotiations, and armed with a Masters in Strategic Management (emphasis on Real Estate Finance) he helps his Clients make better decisions related to their SALE or PURCHASE of Custom Homes, Income Property or Business Real Estate.

Helping organizations dedicated to providing affordable homes is a key area where Steven gives back to the Community as well.
