Steven Rust

Steve & Jodi Rust Work together as a husband wife team at West USA Realty. Both grew up in northern Iowa and re-located to Arizona in 1985. Steves previous background was managing construction equipment rental companies and heavy equipment sales. In 2012, he acquired his real estate license and in 2013 he also acquired a Home Inspector license. In 2015 he went into Real Estate full time and has been working with clients in both the Sedona/Verde Valley area and the Chandler/Phoenix area. He has also worked with clients interested in the surrounding communities. Jodis background involved insurance sales for many years, and in 2001 she acquired her real estate license and has been a full time agent since then. She also has worked with clients in the Sedona/Verde Valley area as well as the Chandler/Phoenix and surrounding communities. They both enjoy meeting new people and helping them find the perfect property or assisting clients in the sale of their property. They understand the demands of a local relocation as well as relocation from out of state. They will work diligently to make the transition as smooth as possible.
