Growing up in the Wine Country of California, I witnessed a small county town grow into one of the most sought after land in the country, and I cultivated my passion for agriculture and the outdoors. I took my passion to Cal Poly State University and received my BA degree in Agri-Business. Through the personal contacts and experience acquired as a National Collegiate Livestock Judging Team member I went on to build my own Registered Angus Cattle and Cutting Horse operation. It was during this time my love of Real Estate was born. I worked to acquire additional land for my livestock through rents, leases, and a lease-to-own, which later was exchanged (1031 exchange) into more profitable investments. I have purchased and sold a variety properties in 3 states, am currently the Vice President of an HOA and truly excited to help you or someone you know be successful in any type of Real Estate venture, or find the home of your dreams.
