Shirley Owens

Shirley moved to Sun City West from Gilbert in 2006. Prior to her move, she enjoyed a successful 10-year real estate career in the East Valley. Upon relocating to Sun City West, she decided to focus on her own community, Corte Bella, and by 2008 she had over 20 homes listed for sale in this Active Adult Community. Shirley has worked hard and achieved many milestones. She is highly recognized and awarded in the real estate industry for her sales volume and customer service. Shirley is a yearly recipient of HomeSmart's Diamond Award and the West Valley Association of Realtors award for sales volume ranging from $10,000,000 to $25,000,000, placing her in the top 5% of Realtors in the area. She was also awarded 5 Star Agent status in 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019 in Phoenix Magazine's Best of Phoenix for customer satisfaction and service, along with sales volume. Shirley is an Accredited Buyer's Representative and holds a Senior Real Estate Specialist designation. Those Real Estate Ladies represent buyers and sellers in all active adult communities in the northwest valley, including Corte Bella, Sun City Grand, Sun City West, Sun City Festival, Sun City, Trilogy at Vistancia, and Westbrook Village.
