Shelley Buckman

Shelley Buckman is a dedicated real estate professional with a deep connection to Flagstaff, Arizona. Originally from Anchorage, Alaska, Shelley attended the University of Arizona on a scholarship for baton twirling. Realizing that the desert heat wasn't for her, she transferred to Northern Arizona University and quickly fell in love with the region. She earned her degree in Business Finance in 2004 and transitioned into real estate the following year.

To establish herself in the real estate market, Shelley spent over 12 years working at the historic Hotel Weatherford in downtown Flagstaff. This experience not only honed her professional skills in high-pressure situations and client communication, but it also allowed her to deeply connect with Flagstaff's community.

A testament to her exceptional service, the majority of Shelley's clients come through personal referrals and repeat businessspeaking volumes about her ability to forge lasting relationships. Shelley takes pride in providing clients with a seamless, stress-free experience, guiding them through the often complex home-buying process. Outside of her professional life, Shelley is an avid Green Bay Packers fan, and her love for the team is just one of the many ways her personality shines through.

When she's not helping clients achieve their real estate goals, Shelley enjoys exploring Flagstaff's stunning natural surroundings. In the summer, she can be found hiking or off-roading with her dog, and during the winter months, she's hitting the slopes at Snowbowl as an avid snowboarder. Though no longer bartending, Shelley remains active in community events, continuing to embrace and contribute to the vibrant Flagstaff community she calls home.
