Sheila Henderson

Sheila Henderson, a native of Renton WA, joined her husband Sean's real estate business in early 2016 to provide marketing and operations expertise for him and his clients. In 2017 she became a Realtor / Licensed Assistant in the state of WA and a licensed Arizona Realtor. This enables Henderson Real Estate VIPs to serve customers in the Pacific NW and the Southwest seamlessly.

Sheila comes with 28 years of experience at Microsoft Corporation in the areas of Customer Service & Support and Marketing & Operations. While leading large teams of people across the globe, she focused on driving large increases in customer and employee satisfaction. She managed the support.microsoft.com knowledge base serving over 300,000 customers a day, then oversaw the Microsoft Partner portal and Small / Midsize business websites and finally ran an internal site that readied 40,000 employees globally to sell and market Microsoft products utilizing text, presentations, video and more.

Throughout her career with Microsoft, Sheila took roles where the primary focus was on customer satisfaction. She brings this passion to her role working on behalf of Henderson Real Estate VIPs clients.
