Hello~ I look so forward to meeting you. A little bit about me. I am a snowbird. So I split my time between Goodyear, AZ and Olympia, WA. I love what this area has to offer and the sunshine of course. I'm a midlife Mom of two of my own adult kids and 4 bonus kids with 4 grand children,. I am someone who loves to spend time outdoors. Hiking, Playing pickleball, biking, anything water related, boating, and paddleboarding. I'm licensed here in Arizona and live in the West Valley. I am also licensed in Washington state. So if you are looking for a property in WA, I can help you. My husband and I purchased a new build, so I am versed in new construction. We also built our home in WA state and were the general contractor. I have experience in flooring and home interiors.
