Our team has over 22 years Real Estate experience and have the expertise to assist you with your DREAM - whether it be home buying or selling!

We have a wide range of experience including investment properties, traditional Real Estate for buyers and sellers, foreclosure properties, first time home buyer assistance, fix and flip properties and auction properties. We've personally purchased properties in each of these categories and have experience assessing the pros and cons and needed experience in property sales and purchases.

Not only do we have Real Estate experience, but we also have professional experience in the community working for large and small employers - we know and can anticipate the different needs of buyers and sellers.

Shannon obtained her GRI, or Graduate, REALTOR® Institute, marking her commitment to provide a high level of professional services in Real Estate with a strong educational foundation. She also has an M.B.A. from Colorado State University and Bachelor of Science in Business Operations Management from DeVry-Phoenix, understanding solid business practices and continuous process improvement. Working for Fortune 100 companies such as Hewlett-Packard in leadership roles managing teams of up to 35, she uses business analysis skills to assist with Real Estate.
