Sandra Raposa

Sandra has lived in the Valley of the Sun for 5 years. Prior to that she lived in the Bay Area of Northern California. As a native of Ireland, she came to the United States as part of the start up team when Intel set up a semiconductor manufacturing plant in Ireland. Sandra has recently joined the Exceptional Living AZ team as a licensed real estate agent. Sandra joins us from SAP SuccessFactors where she was a senior director of Global Sales Enablement. She also spent 3 years as a leader HR SaaS field sales in the West region. Sandra holds a Masters degree in Organizational Development and Human Resources Management from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelors of Science degree in Natural Sciences from Trinity College, Dublin in Ireland. Prior to joining SAP SuccessFactors Sandra held senior leadership positions in Fortune 100 companies and in technology start-ups in Human Resources and Talent Management. She chairs the board of directors of a non-profit organization that allows disadvantaged children and young adults to be part of a touring performing arts group. Today, her passion and professionalism, unique background and international flair makes her a great asset for the Exceptional Living AZ team.
