Before there was Zillow, I would spend hours watching the old school Real Estate shows where they would show you a property via room by room with individual pictures. I truly enjoy the process of finding a deal, acquiring it and developing it to its highest potential. When not looking at properties, you can find me with my family at the lake or eating somewhere local in Phx. Specializing in listing and staging, 1031s, commercial leasing and leveraging assets through rental income.
