Sam Estrada is a native of Arizona and, with the exception of a few years in Colorado, Idaho, and California, has spent his life in our beautiful state of Arizona. His early career was in sales in the printing and publishing industry. However, he found that helping buyers and sellers achieve the American dream of home ownership was, for him, a much more rewarding and fulfilling endeavor. He truly believes that one of the key ingredients to success is building strong, enduring relationships. Communication is the key. The first step is determining requirements and the buyer/seller and creating strategies to help them achieve their Real Estate goals, which somehow invariably seems to take the path to strong long-term friendships. Sam has a strong work ethic and believes that by giving accurate information about the specific property, the area, and the market, the buyer/seller can make/accept offers with an informed decision So, whether you're a first-time buyer, a luxury buyer, or grandparents that want be closer to their grandchildren, his goal is to make that happen for you.
