Ruthanne (Randie) Wareham is your Flagstaff and surrounding area REALTOR®️. Growing up in a family of investors she was exposed to Real Estate at a young age. Forever grateful to have been raised in such a beautiful state, Randie has never taken its beauty or opportunity for granted. Once she met her husband, they carved out their own path opening a construction company in their home community of Flagstaff and continued her legacy of Real Estate investing and sales. This experience and drive passes onto her relationships with her family, friends and clients. She knows Arizona, from the remote desert trails to the high desert mountainous areas, onward to many of the landscape's and neighborhoods in between.
