Having spent the majority of my adult life becoming a doctor/surgeon and practicing medicine, I have added a new endeavor that I have always enjoyed, real estate. My mother, who had an elementary school education, speculated in real property, bought and sold land, built custom homes and remodeled and improved her homes incessantly. I love discovering new neighborhoods, finding little gems and seeing the potential in a fixer-upper. Negotiating/brokering a deal is second nature to me and communicating with and understanding most everyone is a skill I have diligently cultivated in my practice and my personal life.
