Rachel Waterbury

Rachel Waterbury comes from a background of 20 years in the hospitality industry, owning and running a B&B in Iowa for 15 years and multiple Vacation Rental Properties in Arizona since 2018. She brings her friendly and caring attitude when working with her real estate clients.

Rachel Waterbury attended LIFE Bible College in Los Angeles California and earned a BA in Biblical Studies. She also has taken several classes towards her Master's Degree in Business Administration. She worked for six years in the Behavioral Health field as an Administrative Manager.

Rachel Waterbury decided to complement her already successful vacation rental business by pursuing her lifelong dream of becoming a real estate agent.

Rachel Waterbury is married and lives in Sierra Vista Arizona with her husband. They have three grown daughters. She is active in her church and spends time working on "fix it" projects at their vacation rental properties.
