Rachel Herold

Before selling residential real estate, Rachel enjoyed a career as a litigation attorney in New York City practicing international trade litigation, and later as a real estate investor in Arizona. Her legal and real estate investment experience has proven to be an ideal basis for her real estate career, giving her exceptional negotiation and customer service skills. The cornerstone to Rachel's professional success is summed up in her own words: "My emphasis on integrity, thorough research, personal service and follow-through has always helped me in my career." As a resident of Paradise Valley for twenty years as well as Flagstaff, Rachel knows the Paradise Valley, Scottsdale and Phoenix areas well in addition to the Flagstaff area. She has served as Treasurer and Executive Board Member of the Phoenix Chapter of National Charity League, of which she was an active member for six years, serving important philanthropies in the Valley including Phoenix Children's Hospital, Foundation for the Blind, Crisis Nursery, and Desert Mission and St. Mary's Food Banks. Rachel has also served the boards of All Saints' Episcopal Day School, Brophy College Preparatory School and Phoenix Country Day School in many capacities. With deep ties to the community coupled with her prior legal and investment experience and a strong work ethic, Rachel's skill sets are perfectly suited for residential real estate. Indeed, in 2015 Rachel was awarded The Arizona Journal of Real Estate & Business "Rookie of the Year" award in addition to the Russ Lyon Sotheby's President's Club award. Rachel graduated from Wellesley College, where she also studied at the University of Aix-Marseille in France for a year. She went on to obtain her law degree from The National Law Center at George Washington University. She and her husband, Rick Herold, a partner in the law firm Spencer Fane, have two children who attended All Saint's Episcopal Day School as well as Brophy Preparatory and Phoenix Country Day School. Her son is currently attending the School of Medicine at University of Colorado and her daughter is a senior at Duke University.
