Preston Porter is the Owner of Success Property Brokers ERA Powered, a 70+ agent brokerage serving the Phoenix metro from offices in Peoria and North Scottsdale. A third-generation broker licensed in 2001, Preston holds an Arizona Designated Broker license and a Colorado Employing Broker license, and has owned and led Porter Realty ERA Powered in Alamosa, Colorado since 2008. His 25 years of experience span residential, commercial, land, and investment real estate, and he holds the Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) and Certified Negotiation Expert designations. Preston's focus is brokerage leadership and agent development -- building companies where agents are a name, not a number. He lives in the Phoenix area with his wife and two kids.
