Patricia Berk

Tricia Berk began her real estate career working for an investment company that capitalized on fixing and flipping properties in the 1990s. She is excited to be part of Hague Partners, an industry leader that has helped thousands of clients buy and sell their homes.

She has had the opportunity to live in many places in the U.S. and understands personally the value of having a great realtor to help with your transition. She moved to Scottsdale in 2003. In the last 15 years, as part of this community, she has developed a keen sense of the Valley and its diverse enclaves throughout.

Her love of the outdoors has made Arizona the perfect place to settle - whether it's climbing mountains, falling from the sky, or cruising down a backroad on her motorcycle - there is always something amazing about living here.

Tricia graduated from University of Cincinnati with a BS in social science. She is a serial entrepreneur that included a 15 venture as VP of Operations for a biotech market research company that focuses on new cancer treatments.

With the marketing expertise of Hague Partners and Tricia's professionally honed research skills, she helps buyers and sellers quickly achieve their goal. Her guiding principle is "The right one is out there; together we will find it."
