Nicole Cundiff

Nicole Cundiff is a dedicated real estate professional with a rich background in law and philanthropy. Born and raised in the Arizona Country Club neighborhood of Phoenix, Nicole earned her degree from Drake University before moving to Texas with her husband, Billy Cundiff, as he began his NFL career. During this time, she completed her legal studies, specializing in civil litigation, and passed the Arizona Bar exam while expecting her first child.

Nicole's legal career saw her navigating complex contractual matters and educating Fortune 100 clients on legislation. She also co-taught a Family Law course at a private university in Baltimore. However, with the arrival of her second child, she chose to step back from law to focus on her family.

Merging her legal expertise with a passion for real estate, Nicole transitioned into the real estate industry. She now specializes in luxury properties in Phoenix, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, and surrounding areas. Nicole is known for her exceptional negotiation skills, local knowledge, and dedication to her clients, ensuring seamless and successful transactions.

Outside of real estate, Nicole co-founded Colleen's Dream Foundation with her husband and sisters to support ovarian cancer research in honor of her late mother. Her commitment to integrity, empathy, and continuous learning also extends to mentoring aspiring real estate agents, raising the bar in the industry.
