Nicolas Capaz

Nick brings an appreciation for historic and architecturally unique homes to his real estate business. He expanded his education to learn as much as possible about architecture and historic properties. Nick is currently working to obtain a National Trust for Historic Preservation Certification in Real Estate and becoming certified through University of Southern California's Historic Preservation program.
