Neal Yukolis

Having grown up in Phoenix and being a native I have always been interested in Real Estate in the Valley of the Sun. I obtained my first Real Estate License in 1981 and invested in my first rental then. From 2008-2016 I was active in the downturn and upturn and have invested in and sold over a 100 rental properties as well as many multi family units up to 65 doors. I specialize in investment property in the East Valley and small commercial properties.
