Mondai Adair has been immersed in the world of homes and design for more than three decades. Her passion began in 1994 when she graduated from Tennessee with degrees in Architectural Design and Interior Design, launching a successful 13-year career with leading corporate design firms. Beginning as an intern while still in college, Mondai developed a strong foundation in design, project management, and client service--skills that continue to distinguish her in today's real estate market.

In 2004, Mondai transitioned into real estate and quickly established herself as a top performer, earning Rookie of the Year in 2005 for highest office production in her first year. Since then, she has consistently ranked among the Top 2% of Realtors in Arizona's Southeast Valley.
