Michael Stephens

Started selling real estate during my summers from collage assisting my mother who was a Real Estate Broker for over 50 years. I was a general manager for FedEx Corp. for 20 years. I left FedEx in 2003 and went back into selling Real Estate in the Arizona market. I have specialized in Maricopa and Ahwatukee since 2004.

I sold resale and 2005-2007 sold new homes for DR Horton. I jumped into the Foreclosure market working with asset managers for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. In 2007 working the resale market until 2014 where I was recruited to sell homes for Richmond American Homes in Maricopa. I was one of the top 3 sales people for three years in a row. I recently left to work the resale market as home prices are exploding.
