Michael King

Michael Daniel King was born and raised in Racine Wisconsin. Michael continued to move north finally taking root in Minnesota where he met his wife and raised three children. At last making the decision to move to Arizona. Listening to his wife to move from the climate of Minnesota and thus the phrase Change your Latitude Change your Attitude came to fruition.

Michael comes from a background of over 35 years in the Specialty and Industrial Gas Industry and brings customer orientated personal attention combined with precise detail required to satisfy his client needs.

Listening is what counts and communication is key.

Michael King attended the University of Wisconsin at Whitewater as well as Arizona School of Real Estate and Business. Marketing and business being the focus in college. While the majority of knowledge was gained in his career of over 35 years working for large corporations, family owned business and running a small business himself. This diversity combined with the ability to relate to most situations adds a unique insight into how to negotiate and advocate for his clients finding the ideal results for each person's requirements and specifications.

Michael and Carrie {his wife} live in Phoenix Arizona. Moving with their eldest special needs son who has created a successful life in the community. Our middle son is a Veteran Marine who also changed his latitude to lovey Mesa Arizona. We are not only proud of our son and his family but also our two grandchildren which are a delight. Our youngest daughter Megan is a world traveler that has dropped a ray of sunshine on individuals through her career in dance and calls Minnesota her home. Kera the queen of the house is a young Labradoodle full of vim and vigor keeping everyone in their place.

Pleasant distractions include family, cooking, vintage cars, restoring and repurposing furniture and relaxing by the pool.
