My professional real estate career has spanned over two decades. In that period I have closed nearly 1000 transactions. Those transactions have involved residential sales and listings, commercial sales and listings (gas stations, strip malls, medical malls, manufacturing facilities, C-store sales and listings & car-washes), residential development of several subdivisions and lot splits as well as assisting clients through 1031 exchanges. I am licensed in Oregon (Principle Broker), Washington (Managing Broker) and Arizona (Associate Broker); as well I have owned my own brokerage services. I believe in a client based business relationship. First listening very carefully to what it is the client is saying and wants to accomplish during our time together. I will work with first time buyers, million dollar home buyers and sellers as well as those looking to purchase a second home or business location. For fun I ride a Harley Davidson, scuba dive, fly planes, read, travel and spoil my amazing grand kids. Married to the greatest lady a man could ever ask for makes life a joy. I love what I do and am energized by the ability to make the best possible deal for my clients, while assisting them in understanding the entire real estate process.
