I moved to Prescott Arizona from Toronto Canada in 2000 after selling my Insurance Brokerage. After getting my Real Estate License, I worked with Exit Realty for 1 year and then moved to Keller Williams in Scottsdale.

A meeting with Matt Widows in 2007, the founder of HomeSmart, convinced me to open a HomeSmart Franchise in Prescott.

The new office, HomeSmart Fine Homes and Land opened in June 2007 in behind Costco. We were the 2nd HomeSmart Franchise awarded and now HomeSmart has over 80 Franchises across the United States with over 28,000 agents.

I served the Prescott Area Association of Realtors, first as a Director, then Treasurer, President Elect and finally President in 2009. I was also on the Board of Directors for AAR.

We have professional office spaces in downtown Prescott and in Prescott Valley serving just under 80 agents.
