Matthew Murray

Matthew Murray is a Phoenix-area licensed real estate agent and board member of the West and South East Valley Regional Association of Realtors who founded Paragon. He was born in Connecticut, and moved to Arizona when he was six years old. He has grown up in the east valley, and has a passion for watching it evolve. Following graduation from High School in east Mesa, Matthew began college in business and Information Technology.

Following 9/11, Matthew followed in his family footsteps becoming a third generation Marine. After reaching the enlisted rank of Sergeant, Matthew left the Marine Corps to pursue a career in law enforcement where he could continue to serve his local community. He spent over 10 years with a municipal police agency, being a Field Training Officer for three of those years and achieving the rank of Detective. Following the birth of his daughter, Matthew left law enforcement to pursue an entrepreneurial career in Real Estate.

Matthew's decision to create Paragon was based of two simple, yet often overlooked, ideas: that customer service should be second to nothing else and the men and women who make our way of life possible should have the best service possible. This means his clients are his number one priority. He shows this in his communication, honesty, loyalty, and how hard he works to not only do the job, but to do what's right.
