Mario Valenzuela

Mario Valenzuela has worked in the Residential Property Management industry for 15 years, and is a Certified Residential Property Manager and Associate Broker for CENTURY 21 Arizona Foothills.

As a member of NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers) he serves on multiple committees and is currently in consideration for his RMP (Residential Management Professional) Designation with the association.

He began his real estate career with CENTURY 21 Arizona Foothills in May of 2005, and became a Realtor in the state of Arizona in April of 2007.

Mr. Valenzuela's career highlights include; collaborating with County Sheriff/Constable offices on eviction and removal processes, establishing a property management portfolio inducting over 100 rental units from 2014-2018, and co-facilitated an extensive merger of property management departments within the agency.

His hobbies include physical fitness such as, Mountain Biking, Swimming, and Mixed Martial Arts. He also enjoys Chess, Art and playing with his cat Gaston. Mr. Valenzuela holds certification as a Personal Trainer through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) and teaches Jiu-Jitsu, Kickboxing as well as personal self defense.

Mario hopes to continue growing his knowledge and experience in property management, as well as further his real estate career and earn his Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in the near future.
