I am a Designated REALTOR® specializing in residential real estate and business transactions, with a strong focus on assisted living properties. I began my real estate career in Arizona in 2005, became licensed in Nevada in 2012, and proudly opened my own brokerage in Arizona in 2018.

With over two decades of experience as a licensed facility manager (since 2002), I bring a unique perspective and in-depth expertise to the assisted living sector. Whether working with first-time homebuyers, investors, or facility owners, I am committed to delivering exceptional service, strategic guidance, and negotiation that goes beyond expectations.

I serve clients across the East and West Valleys, Phoenix, Scottsdale and surrounding areas—as well as internationally. My passion for global real estate is rooted in a desire to bridge cultures and create cross-border opportunities. I speak fluent Tagalog and conversational Spanish, allowing me to connect with a broader and more diverse clientele. Outside of real estate, I enjoy event planning, photography, and travel. I am an active member of AREAA, NAR, AAR and WeSERV.
