I am good at helping my clients determined their "why" and guiding them to create an intelligent strategy that fits their needs and timeframe. Home buying and selling involve many critical decisions which are supported by measurable data as well as intuitive understanding of where value lies - and helping people see and understand what they are looking at in meaningful terms. I have lived and travelled internationally, am tuned in to community, place and site. I am a good fit for a new resident who needs help understanding "place" and can leverage a fabulous network of resources to help clients solve problems, get professional advice, and get things done.
