Growing up in Canada and now living in Phoenix Arizona, I have grown up surrounded by real estate. I have over 10 years in property management and real estate, but I previously worked as a finish carpenter and handyman with exposure to every residential trade in the industry. This experience doesn't make me an expert in one field, but a problem solver in all trades related to real estate. I literally have the experience from working from the ground up digging the foundation to finishing door trim to understand what it takes to maintain any property. This extensive knowledge in the industry saves you time and money by having someone like me in your corner. Having 30 years of sales background gives me the experience to find the best possible outcome. My biggest passion in life is helping people win or get further ahead. I am always looking at the bigger picture to come up with a better solution. Whether I am out enjoying a hike with my dog and my wife or hanging out with coworkers or friends I am always looking to make the best out of every situation. I see the glass as half full and filling up. Even with all this old-school experience, I was also educated as a math major and computing science minor from the university. I am a numbers guy and very tech savoy looking for the latest new technology which includes driving my Tesla.
