Lynn Nixon

Ms. Nixon has more than 30 years' experience as a Senior Property Manager responsible for a building portfolio consisting of approximately three million square feet of space and a Contracting Officer with an unlimited warrant. She graduated from Harvard University, Graduate School of Design, Office of Executive Education, Emerging Leaders in Real Estate. Since 2015, Lynn has been the Contract Administration Manager for 19 government contracts including GSA, EPA, and Federal Lands Highway Division, as well as the University of California, San Diego. Ms. Nixon is honest, dependable, and incredibly hardworking. Lynn is an impressive problem solver who can address complex issues strategically and confidently. She is inspired by challenges and never intimidated by them. Lynn is an excellent communicator and always extends a helping hand to everyone. She is a true team player, and always fosters positive discussions and brings the best out of other employees. Currently serves on the Board of Directors, Habitat for Humanity Central Arizona 2022-2025
