Buying or selling a property in today’s complex world demands competencies over and above the typical real estate agent. I consistently attend educational classes to improve my knowledge on how I can better serve my clients. My belief that there is always a way towards a more efficient use of energy, recycling and sustainability in all things is what attracted me towards earning the NAR GREEN designation. Not only did I want to become more aware of what I can do as an individual, but I wanted to incorporate green principles into my real estate practices to make my clients aware of cost effective, simple ways to implement green home features and sustainable lifestyle choices. With the special training I have received, my clients can count on me to have the skills necessary to help them achieve their real estate goals. I understand how to develop and implement a customized lifestyle marketing plan for my sellers. I can educate my buyer clients how any home can offer the benefits of resource efficiency. In addition to holding the GREEN designation, I also hold the designations of CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist), SRS (Seller Representative Specialist) and CLHMS (Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist). I am an Arizona native and a licensed REALTOR for over 30 years and I continue to learn, grow and improve my business.
