I have won a Creative Initiative Marketing Award , and ABEX award , a small business award , which was the only time a real estate company has won a Small Business Award .I have also been a featured speaker at conventions on how to turn implement " green marketing strategies into your brokerage " as well as a speaker at Sales rallies and franchisee conventions on recruiting .
