Real Estate Consultant with DeLex Realty, I have been licensed since October 2004 to present, in Scottsdale, Arizona. I pride myself on the amount of client service, dedication, professionalism, and compassion in helping my clients achieve their real estate goals. I was fortunate to first begin my career as a real estate assistant for a seasoned Realtor and Investor. After obtaining my residential real estate license I went on to obtain knowledge in Commercial Real Estate to assist my mentor in investing and flipping both luxury homes and office buildings. I have project managed the remodel, managed and leased the office buildings then would market them for sale to other investors. I managed to stay active in the real estate industry throughout the downturn by shifting with the market to bank owned and short sale transactions. I am a short sale expert and have been very successful in closing these deals effectively and efficiently. As a Certified Probate Realtor I have the compassion and knowledge that is needed to get the job done with care during this delicate process. Now that real estate has shifted to a more traditional market I am working with Clients to list their homes, give them superior service, help them condition the property to sell, maximize online exposure for buyers to find their home and sell for the highest and best price.
