Lisa Richardson

Lisa has been a licensed real estate broker in Arizona since 2002. She began her real estate career selling investment property of all types and offices full time in Phoenix.

An Arizona native living in Phoenix, Lisa has a bachelor's from Arizona State University and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. She is a Certified Commercial Investment Member Designee, CCIM, since 2005 which provides unparalleled expertise in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate analysis. In 2022 Lisa achieved the prestigious CPM, Certified Property Manager designation from IREM, International Real Estate Management which helps Lisa take on real estate management's most dynamic challenges in today's market. In 2008, Lisa and her partner Steve Lins branded Pioneer Management Team inside for the S.J. Fowler Real Estate brokerage.
