I have an MS and a BS in Forestry from Northern Arizona University-Flagstaff and I worked as a research botanist for many years. I also have a Specialized Certificate in Copyediting from the University of California-San Diego. Although my background is in ecology writing and editing I have a decades-long passion for studying real estate markets. With 23 years of personal experience in real estate investing before becoming a licensed realtor I am well-prepared to help you do the same. I know the native plants and can help you assess the ecology and water flow on your properties of interest. I have done extensive designing and remodeling in my own homes so my eye for design is another plus.
