I grew up in Bandon Oregon. I enjoyed farm life and the beach to. MY roots there are strong, and I still have family and many friends there.

However, I felt deprived of sunshine. So, in 1987 I made the big move!

I have loved real estate since I watched my father buy, build, and sell. My Dad had a very limited education, as he was near stone deaf. But he was able to build wealth while working in a lumber mill and farming, because of his real estate activities.
