I'm Kristin Nelson and like the name Listin' Kristin to make it easy to remember. A Realtor since 2006 and Broker since 2019, I am one of the TOP 5% OF AGENTS at HomeSMART Realty. I grew up in WISCONSIN (Go PACKERS & CHEESECURDS), I grew up as a BUILDER'S DAUGHTER. I started REAL ESTATE in 2006 with TOLL BROTHERS LUXURY HOME BUILDERS in New Home Sales & grew to love ALL THINGS REAL ESTATE! I went to college in UW-EAU CLAIRE where I joined the FOREIGN EXHANGE PROGRAM to travel to SCOTLAND in 1995. Afterwards, I moved to NORTH CAROLINA & graduated with BUSINESS & POLITICAL SCIENCE in 1997 from UNC-WILMINGTON. In 1999, I moved to ARIZONA to start enjoying the SUNSHINE state & stayed for over 20 years now! I love VOLLEYBALL, BOATING, & CAMPING!
