With over a decade of real estate experience and a background in the fast-paced world of pharmaceutical sales with GlaxoSmithKline, Kimberly Lowe brings a sharp talent for crafting unique, impactful marketing strategies and stellar negotiation techniques to The Agency's Scottsdale office. Kimberly's clients describe her as passionate, thorough, detail-oriented and an excellent negotiator.

During her time in pharmaceutical sales, Kimberly was professionally trained on negotiation techniques for different types of contracts, a skill she readily employs for her real estate clients.

To date, Kimberly has sold more than $100 million of real estate. A certified Luxury Marketing Specialist through the Institution of Luxury Home Marketing, ILHM and CLHM, Kimberly specializes in luxury residences in the Scottsdale and North Phoenix regions. In 2018, Kimberly was ranked in the top 100 Agents at Berkshire Hathaway Home Services and won the Leading Edge Society Award.

The Kimberly Lowe Group received the Team Innovation Award with The Agency Scottsdale in 2021 and was featured in the So Scottsdale magazine as one of the top Women to Watch in 2022. Kimberly was also featured as one of the 2022 Real Estate Superstars in the So Scottsdale publication. In 2023, The Kimberly Lowe Group was recognized and awarded the #1 team for production by The Agency RE in Arizona. Kimberly was also ranked in the top 1% in AZ and the top 1.5% for her individual sales nationwide. This was verified and awarded by Real Trends + Tom Ferry America's Best Real Estate Professionals.

"I love developing a marketing and personalized business plan for a property," says Kimberly. "I also understand how to create a plan that gains interest from different personalities and professions. I really enjoy being out with clients looking at homes, but my favorite part of my job is preparing homes to be listed. I love the transformation a home takes when it's brought to market."

In her free time, Kimberly enjoys walking my dogs, reading, F45, interior design, and spending time with family and friends. Kimberly is also passionate about supporting, sponsoring and donating to the local schools in her community.
